Don't call me surely... The remedy is for TDA, and thus if they liquidate they would indeed attempt to sell stock. You cannot sell what you do not have. Do you suppose that TDCM and UBSS ledger transactions were not visible to TDA and that when the merger took place they realized how vulnerable they were? The timing of the March 08 Audited financials release and the halt of buying on PLNI at TDA are too coincidental on the time line to discount out of hand. If you are really intyerested in truth and uncovering fraud, look at TDA.
