Well, if it was a Gore initiative, good for him. BUT, he'd better go back and revisit it for himself. He hasn't done himself any good over the last several years...He's become a downright goofball, as well as a bore. The difference in private business and Government employees is, that generally, private business can fire the employee if nothing is done to improve his/her attitude. We are ALL in the customer service business, every day...some people don't know that though. They are the ones on the bottom of the pole, and blame that on someone else. And yes, I'm WELL aware of the "Nordstrom effect"...<big grin!>
