Hi Taki,

Make sure you talk to the head muckitymuck (..Comptroller, Chief Accountant, or perhaps start with the Hospital Administrator himself..). You will want to avoid "..talking-head droids.." & "..yes-man policy wonks.." who have little or no decision-making power and immediately want to start talking about 'payment plans'.
