I'm hardly a big fan of the way the corp has handled flood control and navigation projects. I wasn't a fan even before Katrina. But what do they have to do with anything. There is no significant connection between any ideology I support and the corp of engineers anti-flooding and navigation projects. How about a connection between your thinking and basic competency?
