Thank you for illustrating what truly sets Republicans apart. When it's a democratic president, he's responsible for everything that happens under his watch. He's the boss. The buck stops there. Right. And then comes Bush, pledging to bring accountability back to government, And there they are, prisoners dying in captivity in Afghanistan and Iraq from torture, (14 at least), which Bush condones and reserves the right to commit. Because he's The Decider. But when it comes to accounting for those events( I can hear you now),"oh, it was this PFC acting on his own."
