Sunnis wont have a choice if it splits.

Sure they have a choice. It's called war. And they'll wage it against the Shi'ites in order to control the oil, but they'll brainwash the sunni Iraqis with the justification that all Shi'ites are "Takfir" (infidels).

One of these days I hope people realize its JUST AS MUCH ABOUT OIL TO THE ISLAMISTS as it is for the west.

Oil is a lucrative economic weapon, as well as a tremendous source of revenue.

And the Sunnis don't have any of it as it currently stands.

However, they'll be damned to let the Shi'ites control it. And in this, they will find tremendous support amongst the Jordanians, the Syrians, and probably the Saudis, all of which have a stake in preventing Iran from controlling/influencing a Shi'ite Islamic republic in Arab lands. (Iranians, mind you, are Persians).
