We also don't know when or how deep the AMD price cuts will be.
Probably not as deep as those at intel.

While there may be some price cutting for OEMs, AMD retail prices (in the US) haven't moved much so far. I'd say chances are better than 50/50 that AMD will meet or beat Q2 guidance.

Given how back end loaded Q2 is (50% in June), together with multiple analyst reports on AMD price cuts & inventories from back in May, I think a miss is about 90% likely, assuming we interpret "slightly down" to be the usual -3% or so.

We'll see, I guess.
