I think that since everyone knows that the short term effects of the Maxtor acquisition will be dilutive, they have sold recently and plan to buy back in before the accretion kicks in. I saw numbers today that the acquisition would be dilutive by $0.10 in Q3CY06 and $0.05 in Q4CY06, before turning accretive in Q1CY07. In the long run, it looks like a big winner, but it can be played with in the interim. I have a lot of '07 $20 and $25 and '08 $25 LEAP calls.
