Jeff, that district is SO Republican, they elected an obvious scumbag and crook like Duke Cunningham over and over for years. I know, because I lived in that district for 10 years and voted against him. It's a district of strictly dimwitted Repugnican sheeple with the Navy to the south and the Marines to the north - what's surprising is that the Dem got as many votes as she did!
