Fast forward... and you have the Bush reverse domino theory. One democracy in the ME and they all will fall to democracy. And now we're transitioning to the rational why we can't leave Iraq because there will be a civil war and it will become a haven for terrorists.


We know that Bush isn't the sharpest tool in the shed and that his ideology drove him to invade Iraq. Given that, what does it make Tony Blair who chose to follow him into the abyss?
