Wow, AMD is in BIG trouble now. With the new C1 stepping lowering the Pentium D TDP by as much as 35W the Pentium D will now be within the magic 50W range. Pentium D can hammer Athlon 64 on price on the low end while Core 2 Duo punishes Athlon 64 on the high end. Tough times for AMD I guess now that Pentium D is competitive again.
