Yeah..I keep looking for the magic solution beyond those methods, and it just doesn't seem to be out there yet. I have emailed universities and companies that build filtration systems..they all say no go, yet. It would either require getting huge amounts of alum, or very expensive, power hunger extractors.

eastmeetswest...they are one of the first people I contacted when we decided to build our first wells at Chicken Village. I didn't want to reinvent the wheel, we asked them to build the wells and we would provide the funds...but they said that the area where we wanted to build was still too corrupt. They had been trying to work in that area, but couldn't get past the local provincial government to actually get something done...

It's amazing what you can do sometimes when you don't ask permission. )
