johnflipflopper, You're a little bit off target aren't you. I was talking about evolution, or adaptation of the species, and agree with you that the tail of a dog should not be chopped off. Wagging of the tail is an important thing to the dog, and his owner.

By the same token, what they do to poodles should be a crime. The were bred in Germany as hunting dogs, and look at them now. Those poor dogs must feel like they have been violated.
