Yes, yes, California and New York want to do away with the Electoral College, so they can rule the country.

Unfortunately for them, all those "little unimportant states" in the middle of the country get to vote on that proposal.

And it takes a supermajority of states to amend the Constitution.

So sorry. ;^)

(It's called the Great Compromise. You could look it up.)
