Got any proof at all? Nope. But you didn't offer any either, nor do these links.

By the way Kellogg Brown and Root isn't making any money for Haliburton so forget the "profit gouging" argument. You may have a point that it costs them more to hire civilians to take risks than soldiers but that is all I can see that would suggest they would be "higher cost" than the army - everything I know about government cost structures suggest Haliburton would have lower costs.
