Bush promised to catch OBL five years ago AFTER 9-11 and has failed. Later on, he claimed OBL didn't concern him anymore. Why not? He's the main man behind 9-11. Why wouldn't he concern GW Bush anymore? Why did Bush change the subject to Saddam and put 90% of our military resources in Iraq to be bogged down there? When Saddam had nothing to do with Al Qaida or 9-11 and didn't even have any WMD, nor the intent to use them?
