Mish: That "fantasy" has been reality for many investors in places like Florida and California over the last 8 years. Whether it will reverse, into John's scenario, is yet to be seen. But fact is, I personally know of a few who have, or are in the process of, cashing out with enough to retire on while most on this board debate inflation/deflation.
