The GOP did not win in San Diego. That is the safest GOP seat in the whole state and they only won by 4%, down from 25% last time. Plus, this guy's only in power for five months then he has to run again after more GOP scandals and failures come out. The GOP poured 5 million bucks into that one "safe" GOP district in a desperate attempt to stave off humiliation. That's like $500 for every voter. Plus they bussed in 500 outside volunteers. and they still almost lost.
