There are more republicans in congress than dems. The point I am making is the libs in general don't support the war in Iraq, the repubs in general do support the war in Iraq. The war is understaffed by any reasonable measure including how many tours in Iraq many of the soldiers have diligenetly performed. Regardless of how many vets on either side of the isle serving in congress, the numbers don't lie. The war in Iraq is undermanned, republicans are the ones supporting the war in Iraq and they are the ones failing now to staff it properly in the field where it counts..
