It seems to me than anyone who disrupts the equanimity of the clubhouse may be perceived by some to be troll. That is a telling stretch of the term, IMO.

A troll, by definition, disrupts for the purpose of disrupting. People who earnestly engage, disagree, ask questions, turn over various notions are not trolls but they can look the same to someone who joins the club to associate with kindred spirits and wants to read no "discouraging word."

NO....because lately, he has been disagreeable, arguementative, in general, and over the top, in his
defense of "all" Muslims...'he protest to much'...IMO

No problem, I put him on "IGNORE"...Which you are free to do with me...
