Clinton stopped the only major Al Qaida attack within the US besides 9-11 which happened on Bush's watch after he was warned and did nothing. The first WTC attack was not AL Qaida, just a friend of theris. The Blind Sheik and his crew were arrested and remain in prison. Again, what excuse can you give for Bush dismantling Clinton's entire counter-terrorism anti-Al Qaida operation? Or do you even care about counter-terrorism since Bushies seem to use terrorism for their political benefit, including six phony terrorist alerts shortly before the 2004 election, along with all the rest of the cheating and lying.
