No it won't. Its all just noise. What did you think was going to cause people to flock to gold anyway? Oh, they were just going to decide to do it on a whim?

How about their confidence and pocketbook being shaken by a financial mess that we here know about but they don't? Don't pity the damn fools, they will certainly be getting what they deserve.

Gold is going to 1,000 by years end.
