Use the above URL to go to yahoo and then
click fo a 2 year chart. ( note going to 5 yrs
RSP doesn't extend back that far )

Using these it seems the IWN is a leading indicator
going up faster in a bull market and droping faster
in a bear market..
While it has a higher beta, the ratio of it's alpha allows it to pull ahead over the longer term.
Unless one is real nimble playing the IWN seems better
or at least safer than playing the QQQQ

not so much for short term trading but good
for confirming a trend.

At this time the trend is down and making bull bets
on a dream and hope is not advised.
It's more a short the rally type market right now.
