Any speculation as to what is really going on with the negotiations?

*American News media are suggesting a deal is in the works.
*Ahmadinejad has reportedly announced that Iran has won.
*Stock markets are optimistic a deal is in.
*Iraq's problems are being diffused.
*Some even suggest the killing of Al Zarquawi was facilitated by Iran.
