Perhaps they all sold into the run up in April - May and are sitting on cash? Got any evidence to the contrary? If so care to share it?

Not that SOB would be guilty of 'chest-thumping' would it? One could also call that 'swagger,' kinda like the president* and certainly we know SOB is a better man that!
