here comes the 90% al. 60 million voted for the war. Lets just assume 20 million of them are to old to serve. That leave you with 40 million people who can serve. Maybe... just maybe we have moved 2 million troops into the Iraqi theater. That isn't even 10% of eligible people who could serve but I settled on 90% because that is the compassionite side of me Al.
