But Elroy, Jahweh didn't GIVE the Jews a land grant in New Jersey! It was proposed by sensible Zionists that the Zionist homeland be located in Africa or S. America - but those ideas were defeated by the land grant from God folks. Fine, so my proposal is just that the USA disengage with the "land grant from God" folks and let them make peace with their neighbors on their own, without American involvement. It's not an American battle, and it causes America plenty of problems.

The jews came from israel and it is natural they would want to return to their homeland. The same colonialists you decry were the ones offering africa and South America back then. Are you sure the natives in these lands were consulted when their lands were offered? Jews were in the middle east forever. There was no reason that this had to turn out the way it did in I/P. If the arab states and the Mufti had stayed out of it the Israelis and local arabs long ago would have worked out a soluton. Its not as if there was overpopulation of the area back then. There was room for both peoples in the region and so much that could have been done to improve the lot of all of them.
