I don't have a lot of time to study it or write something that makes sense LOL. But it looks like when it's through, we will have shares of NNGY and this new company. There is some dilution as they gave shares to management BUT in exchange for debt or liabilities. But then you will get the new company (which are really the old shares). How it plays out is impossible to tell as no info is provided. But I'm assuming they will hype it to get people interested. I.e., "buy now and be eligible for dividend. You'll own two, two, two companies for the price of one." or something like that.
