In a "secular bear market" there is always the possibility of a significant fall in prices.

In a "cyclical bull market" stock prices can go up (or down) within the secular bear.

If the totally unexpected happens....well you just don't take any calls on that subject.

In other words Bob's ass is covered no matter what happens.

Your are placing too much emphasis on the first half of the newsletter's name "Market.." ,and, not enough emphasis on the last half of the newsletter's name "...TIMER".

With real estate, it's location location location.
With the market, it's timing timing timing.
