No Einstein. He is in jail. When he was indicted, he stepped down from his committees. When he pled guilty, he resigned from Congress. Jefferson hasn't even been indicted. Yet the Democrats are pushing him out of his committees. A degree of integrity, admittedly unusual for them, that the Republicans have yet to show.

Yes. DeLay, for one, expressed confidence in public that Cunningham would be vindicated. So did Hastert and others. Jefferson's biggest supporters outside of the CBC are Republicans...
