Welcome to the war. They did say they were against the West, not just the US. You and the Europeans are in this too. The Europeans (with the exception of Britain) just don't know it yet. Remember the Muslims tried to conquer Europe in the 17th century and were stopped at the Battle of Vienna. This is round two. We got one for you in that plot down here. Haven't heard if he will be tried here or extradited to Canada. Legal war? That's an oxymoron, isn't it? Seems like one side or the other has to be illegal or any war is legal. Maybe the problem with the death penalty is the evidentiary requirements. A lot of people are convicted on basically eyewitness testimony. That is notoriously unreliable. Maybe what's needed is a requirement for SOLID PHYSICAL EVIDENCE.
