I presume to some extent that AMD has gamed this out and does not come unprepared into this period.....though they are the ones with the lead their silence is deafening.....

I read that it takes two months to manufacture a part started in fab 36 and a couple of weeks more in fab 30, thanks to different levels of APM (v3. vs v2).

In comparison Intel's fabs won't be faster (probably a couple of weeks slower although I can't be sure about that).
