"Outstanding comments" Understandable and reasonable, I don't go with the outstanding.

I don't think in terms of sick and tired or have these sentiments. "After millions of explanations and reasoned attempts to defend the actions of the U.S. and its allies I really don't care any more."

I looks each persons opinions as the revelation of who and what they are. We read others opinions, impressions and interpretation of what we all have seen.

I look at the facts, I look at the history and context. I contrast my analysis with others. On most issues. I find one can only conclude the disgusting thrust behind the ideas used to attack and undermine the US are based in minds that are steeped in stupidity, ignorance, arrogance and liberal sprinkling of dishonesty.

I find those who express such at best amusing to pitiful and at worst thoroughly contemptible, detestable people.

I do enjoy your posts and the often quite bull eye analysis presented.

Hey Michael,

Nothing in the discussion I have been involved in was in any way critical of our military. You and I go way back, and I hope you know how much I respect those who enlist and fight for our country.

My recall is that the strongest draft advocate and prophet here was UncleWest himself and you and he had several discussions on it. As the mother of two draft-age sons, and a person who lost loved ones in Vietnam, it is an important issue to me and I was glad to see you argue against it.

I have nothing but support and gratitude for those fighting. It doesn't change my initial opinion on the war or our entry, but I would never lump it all together and I try never to confuse the two.

If you think people who are silent are not happy that Zarkawi's dead, you're just plain weird.

I am personally averse to chiming in congratulations once several people have given them. Also, for that matter, personally averse to offering condolences publicly.

At some point it's just clutter and not information.
