Personally i think there should be protection before that. We started at third trimester, now we are back to 5th month for viablility. At some point, i would like to make contraception, and RU486 and very early abortions in some cases as the standards. Viablity is an artificial point--fetus are oh so human before that and need protection at those points as well.

Thats my problem with the 3rd trimester. Your talking about a child that could be born and live if not stopped at the gate and having it's brain sucked out. That is murder no matter what you call the procedure in my book.
