I agree with Jim that mostly small businessmen are hiring illegals. From my own experience. For most home services, landscaping, roofing, painting - the owner is probably a citizen, the foreman may be, but all the workers are illegals. When I go to a local restaurant, the manager and waiters MAY be citizens, but the cooks, busboys and dishwashers are all illegals. I've found this true in Austin, TX., Oceanside, CA., and now, surprisingly, Salt Lake City, UT.
