Hey i agree with you. There is too great a concentration of wealth at the highest levels. The guy i am talking about wasnt a shill at all. There was a lot of logic in what he said. I will try to find his name and give a clearer read on what he had to say. As i understood it, there would be more money collected when assets transferred by refiguring and paying cap gains on what would be inherited rather than taxing the estate upon death. Actually he might have been proposing a new tax to figure cap gains to replace death tax. Tax reform never happens anyway. Even two guys who apparently dislike each other as much as we do, could do real tax reform better than any pols on either side.
