That, and forged docs are very easy to get... and for the employer, it's easy to play dumb and say "I'm not an expert of forged documents". It someone was passing them counterfeit currency, they would probably be a little more conscientious.

Still I bet big Agra and factories employ a lot of illegals. I know meat packing is mostly illegals, and that's not small business.
