It seems he's implying that more nations could be involved if the US attacks Iran, possibly Malaysia, but I'm not sure of that? Anyway, I doubt that the US will involve itself in a military campaign against Iran, certainly not at this time when it's struggling to free itself from the Iraq debacle.
