yup...AMD sure does not seem to be capitulating...looks like:

1. AMD will continue to pick up share in servers for at least a while

2. AMD will probably lose the initiative on the desktop

3. AMD's Turion stuff may give it the initiative in notebooks

Should be a very interesting year

After Deerhound, AMD roadmaps show plans for quad-core K8L processors using HyperTransport 3.0, but these same roadmaps have not confirmed which socket interface the processors will use.

Hmm, Daily tech is sticking to the notion that the H207 QC part (Deerhound) is not K8L-based.
