RR, We sat down last Fall and decided that, this year, our #1 goal was business generation. We're exceeding expectations on that front. Our problem is that the support we thought we had isn't what we thought, so we're scrambling to find more. Hiring based on an immediate, pressing need doesn't seem to work, so we're paying the price ourselves right now. I like your long term plan, and that is basically our plan as well. It just doesn't solve the immediate (urgent) need. On the other hand, this problem is far preferable to the problem of worrying about whether we'll have enough work for the next 5 years. We've conquered that one. <G> jpg
