Mannie,

Same deal living in Mass. and shopping in NH. I just got a bill from the State for my company - they claim I owe $10.39 from three years ago. The invoice came with four sheets of paper explaining what it was about plus directions on how to go through the website. After going through the site, a labryinth of clicks, I gave up and sent them a check.
