Where, exactly, did I quote Fukuyama "on the necessity of regime change in Iraq to show he was a neocon"? Just out of bemused curiosity, of course. The only thing I quoted was the usual "anti-semitic" line hurled at him, presumably because of deviance from the one true "Israel First" line.

The American Prospect article was fairly clear about why Fukuyama was considered a neocon. I'm sorry he never met your personal litmus test for neoconicity, but the dogmatic details of that particular theology were always a little obscure.
