No that's not my contention, nor did I say or even imply that. You said that the 9/11 terrorists trained in the U.S. during the Clinton Presidency. I pointed out the fact that they also trained in the U.S. during the Bush Presidency. That's all. And I agree with you that arguing over whether Clinton or Bush was to blame for 9/11 is ridiculous.

It is ridiculous to blame Clinton for the terrorism problem, as so many on the right want to do. I get really tired of them doing that.

Clinton probably could have done more, though it's not as if the Republicans were acting concerned about it while he was in office. Nor did they act at all concerned about it from the time of Bush's inauguration through the 10th of September, 2001.
