Um, Petz, that was a 2.4GHz Conroe. :) And at high resolutions, the graphics card becomes more of a bottleneck, minimizing the advantage.

Intel's performance/price advantage in that benchmark will disappear with a 70% price cut to the FX-62. Of course even with a 70% discount the FX-62 would still be an energy hog compared to the 2.4GHz Conroe system, so higher FX-62 energy bills and more/noisier fans should be taken into consideration as well.
