Are housing agency bonds even deserving of a reserve currency holding status? I have rarely heard anyone else on this thread discuss this (beside me) but I feel it is the key to the market distortions going on now in risk premiums, etc. Who is buying this trash, and why? What's wrong with this picture? I offer one not so tongue in the cheek theory here.
