Wish I could justify a house in CO, but with the kids grown and having their own families, I think that time has passed us up. Funny, when we lived in Dallas, we had a lake house a little over an hour away. We bought it mostly for the kids and to have a place to escape the race of rats. After about five years, our youngsters were well into their teens and the lake house became boooorrrrrring! To this day, both son and daughter talk about the great times they had at the lake house! That's what it's all about, huh? Don't get too cold out there, Rangerboy!
