And not let's forget about all those supposed "miscarriages" that women might claim to have. Each and every one those miscarriages needs to be investigated as a potential homicide.

A proper physical exam might be able to determine whether a coat hanger or bicycle spoke was used.

And we can start pursuing reckless disregard of human life and manslaughter charges. Did she drink alcohol during the pregnancy, cigarettes, that roller coaster ride at Disneyworld?

It might not deserve the death penalty, but it would certainly deserve life without parole.

Peterson's wife was in the third trimester. According to established law, that would be a human being. The law was administered correctly.
