Partitioning countries on the basis of ethnicity seems to cause many new problems, not just solve them. The majority wants to expel the minority, and will kill them if they won't leave, even if their families have lived there for centuries. Once you start "ethnic cleansing," it has to be 100%. But it does work. And I think in almost all cases, it's tied to Muslim/Christian differences. We think that Muslims can be moderate, but I wonder. In all cases where they become a majority, they ban all other religions. This does not happen in reverse with Christianity or Buddhism.
