Hello TJ: George Soros just interviewed by Maria Bartaromo on CNBC his final recommendation. Cash especially non dollar cash! The H.K. Real estate is $1,300 (1300 USD) per square foot for older buildings, Wow! That makes Florida's "bubble market" look like a bargain basement. Buying to rent there makes no sense, at least here the negative cash flow is a tax write off. Don't know who these international buyers are finding "bargains" aplenty, but if you run across some tell them I have some "super bargains" cheers Ray here in Florida. :}
