It seems to have gotten worse over the years I've been here (14). We are in an almost perpetual drought during the winter. Funny with as bad as the hurricanes have been we have been cheering for Alberto to get stronger and hit us so we can get the rain. There is a ~5 acre pond near me and I've never seen it so low.
